Supporting the Solebury Township Historical Society

Posted: October 5, 2015

The Solebury Township Historical Society was founded in 1981 and seeks to be the most respected, well-known and valuable historical source in the community.

A one-room school house, dating back to 1757, is home to the Society’s office and research library. Major rennovations have been completed over the past 250 years, and more are ongoing. The Society is currently conducting a campaign to raise money to complete refurbishments and renovations to this historically important and beloved school house.

The Society recently hosted The Dinner, an event to raise support of their efforts to preserve and protect our local treasures. Superior Woodcraft was pleased to attend this event both as a supporter and sponsor. It was a wonderful evening of dining and conversation with past and new friends.
