Holiday Happenings

The Holiday Events start in full force over the next week. Check out some of the fun family events happening in our area –

The Grand Illumination at Peddler’s Village on Friday, November 20 in Lahaska, PA. Santa Claus is coming to town! The Grand Illumination will happen at 6:15 PM. Enjoy music, Santa’s arrival, a beautiful display of lights, and complimentary cider and marshmallow toasting. The shops remain open until 10 PM.

Shady Brook Farm’s Holiday Light Show starts Sunday, November 22 and runs through January 10. Drive through the holiday displays in the comfort of your own car or in an open air wagon. Afterwards, enjoy a cup of cocoa and s’mores by a toasty bonfire.

Santa arrives in Doylestown on Friday, November 27 at 6:00 PM. Enjoy live entertainment, a tree lighting, and then follow Santa to his cottage at State & Hamilton.

Chanukah Celebrations in Doylestown include a Menorah Lighting on Tuesday, December 8 at 6 PM. You and the kids can help build a Lego Menorah, make your own Lego dreidel, and enjoy Latkeh and doughnuts.

The Nutcracker, performed by the Roxey Ballet, opens on November 28 and runs through December 7. Performances are held at The College of New Jersey.

The Pearl S. Buck House Festival of Trees runs November 10 through December 31. Each room in the historic home features a tree decorated by local artisans, businesses and non-profits.
