Superior Woodcraft, Inc. Helps Plant 50,000 Trees

December 8, 2004, Doylestown, PA: Local cabinet manufacturer, Superior Woodcraft, Inc., is supporting an industry goal to plant 50,000 trees to commemorate the Kitchen Cabinet Manufacturers Association (KCMA) 50th Anniversary. Superior Woodcraft's dedication to the environment and sustainable forestry is demonstrated by its affiliation with KCMA, the national association for cabinet manufacturers and suppliers to the industry and their generous donation to the industry effort. As a member of KCMA, Superior Woodcraft, Inc. promotes the principle of conservation and the intelligent use of our national
resources.

Trees planted in the KCMA 50th Anniversary Forest will help reforest areas that have been damaged by fire, insects or disease. These trees will provide habitat for birds and other wildlife, hold soil in place to prevent erosion, purify the air and restore beauty to the landscape for all to enjoy.

KCMA is partnering with the National Arbor Day Foundation to achieve the goal to plant 50,000 trees in a National Forest such as the Hoosier National Forest in Indiana, Mark Twain National Forest in Missouri and Shoshone National Forest in Illinois. "KCMA's 50th Anniversary Forest is a tremendous tribute to the association, its members and their commitment to a healthy environment," said John Rosenow, President of the National Arbor Day Foundation, "We congratulate KCMA and its members on their excellent stewardship and contribution to America's National Forests."
